Oswego Accident Kills Motorcyclist

A 23-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle accident in Oswego on Tuesday afternoon.  The accident happened on the SUNY Oswego campus. 

The victim

was riding the motorcycle on County Route 7 when he collided with a car.

It happened outside Laker Hall, the building where the basketball team plays, which is separate from the main campus.

The driver of the car and the victim were both taken to a local hospital.  The motorcycle driver died of his injuries at the hospital.  The motorcycle accident is being investigated by the police.  It is unknown why the accident happened and no citations have been given.
