Our firm has received over two hundred inquiries from investors who purchased the Reserve Yield Plus fund, whose funds have been frozen by Ameritrade. The most commonly asked question: When can I access my money? The answer unfortunately is: we do not know.

We anticipate that the fund will begin trading soon, however there has been no indication from Ameritrade or Reserve as to when. Investors that wish to join our firm’s e-mail group, in order to receive updates regarding the subject fund, can e-mail attorney Vincent Imbesi.
