Dr. Peter Chi, of Livermore turned his license after being accused of molesting his young patients when giving them routine medical procedures. The California based cosmetic surgeon was the director of Beauty Renewed Laser Skin Center in Tracy. Chi first had run-ins with the law back in 2005, as an ear nose and throat doctor who faced charges of negligence. However the incidents in question occurred from September of 2007 to December of 2008. According to the investigation there were 7 counts of sexual battery by fraud, one for sexual battery and 3 of rape by a foreign object. The women that Chi assaulted were fairly young ranging from mid twenties to mid thirties. Many of which did not come forward until the suit was filed because they thought their encounter was related to the medical procedure given by Chi. Over the past 6 years Chi has had lawsuits in the San Joaquin County alone before finally giving up his license. Lawyers of the victims are asking anyone who may have been assaulted by Chi to step forward so that the case can be conclusive.
