Step2 Recalls Outdoor Play Sets Sold At Toys“R”Us

The Step2 Company, LLC, in conjunction with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), announced a recall of Step2 Play Up Gym play sets because the hangers that attach the swing’s rope to the railing can break, posing a fall hazard.

To date, the company has received 17 reports of the hangers breaking – but no injuries have been reported.

Step2 Play Up Gym play sets – model number 797300 - sold at Toys R Us stores nationwide, are included in the recall.

Consumers are advised to stop using the recalled play sets and to contact the company for instructions.
