Sports Themed Lamps Recalled Due To Fire Hazard

Wincraft Inc. announced a voluntary recall of Rotating Sports Table Lamps due to an electrical problem which can pose a burn, fire and shock hazard to users.

To this date, there have been no reports of injury associated with the recalled items.

The recalled lamps feature logos from professional or college sports teams and rotate 360° so that the logo can be easily seen. They were sold at Sports memorabilia and other specialty stores during August 2009.

Consumers should contact Wincraft to arrange a free replacement lamp. In the meantime the recalled lamps should be unplugged and not used.

The recall was conducted in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
