Gerber posted a nationwide voluntary recall for two of its organic baby cereal products due to a possible choking hazard.

In a press release, it said they had received choking complaints but no reported injuries. The recall was prompted because some of the packages contain clumps that did not dissolve in milk, posing a choking hazard to small children.

Customers who bought cereal (with UPC codes of 15000 12504 for rice and 15000 12502 for oatmeal on boxes' bottom right sides) should contact the Gerber Parents Resource Center at 800-443-7237 to receive a full refund.
