Dunkin Donuts, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), announced a voluntary recall of one million orange and pink Halloween glow sticks that were given away for free with donut orders.

The recalled glows sticks were not adequately labeled to warn consumers that the cap and lanyard can detach, posing a choking hazard to small children. The lanyard also poses a strangulation hazard to children.

Consumers are advised to take the recalled glow sticks away from small children and return them to any Dunkin Donuts for a free donut.
