Breyer’s All Natural Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Recalled

Breyer’s All Natural Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream has been removed from store shelves, following a voluntary recall by Unilever United States Inc., due to an undeclared allergen.
According to the company, Cookie & Cream Ice Cream was incorrectly packaged into Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream packaging which contains allergens that are not declared on the Mint ice cream package.
The incorrectly packaged ice cream has a UPC code of #7756725424 and “Best If Used By” dates of of FEB1711GH, FEB1811GH and FEB1911GH.
To this date there have not been any reports of illness associated with the recalled ice cream. The product poses no threat to individuals who do not suffer from a wheat allergy.
Consumers should discard any unused products or return the ice cream to the store it was purchased at for a full refund.
The mispackaged ice cream was distributed through retail stores in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Trinidad and Virginia.
