A comment on One Dead, One Injured in Fiery Tractor-Trailer Accident on Route 287 Crash in NJ

Sounds to me that the driver of the truck did everything he could to avoid the accident.
So most likely no charges will be filed.
Also, hopefully nobody will win a case to get damages from the driver or the company.
I feel for the mans family that died, but his insurance company owes that trucking company a truck, going by the details you posted.

If you wear dentures and are suffering from neuropathy, or know someone who wears dentures and have seen a steady decline in neurological function, it is likely the result of zinc poisoning from Fixodent denture adhesive.

This product is likely to be found in the medicine cabinet of any denture wearer. Please review this Web site for your options on upholding your rights as an important deadline approaches in this case: http://fixodent-lawsuit.com/about-the-firm.html

A comment on WHO to Report Cell Phones Linked to Cancer in Study

My son, age 44, died in March, 2009, from GBM4. He had used only a cell phone since 1992. He lived 10 months after diagnosis. His radiation oncologist told me that he absolutely felt that cell phones were the primary cause of the tumor. I just want everyone to be aware, do the research, and protect yourself and your loved ones. This is not the way you want to die.

I'm a physicist and I wrote a blog that compares cell phone radiation to leaked microwave oven radiation. Please check it out:

A comment on WHO to Report Cell Phones Linked to Cancer in Study

I watched a friend, who'd been a cell phone user from day one, die two years ago from a glioma. She'd be barely able to talk from the drugs and surgeries she'd had, but would have the damn thing in a death-grip in her hand. Rarely did we ever get more than 20 minutes talking together before the phone would go off and away she'd chat.

Did the phone kill her? I really do not know, but after having the tumor cut out - twice - and it grew back, obviously there must have been *something* causing that particular spot in her brain to erupt.. Regardless, I'll not use cell phones if I can help it.

Just goes to show, that as with ALL things, keeping the words 'caveat emptor' in mind goes a long way to having a long life.

A comment on WHO to Report Cell Phones Linked to Cancer in Study

Oh, I was afraid the idea of contacting personal injury lawyers was going to come up in this article. Those vultures are probably salivating at the thought of how much they could make off of these cases. they don't give a damn about their clients, they just want to pad their pockets with profits from big companies.
